FAQ

What is your maximum capacity? 

Our space can accommodate up to 44 people. That includes all hosts, guests, and vendors.

Do You have parking?

Our facilities offer limited free onsite parking. There is also metered street parking and two paid parking lots within walking distance.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes! Outside catering is permitted.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes! Alcohol is permitted. If alcohol is being sold, it is the hosts responsibility to obtain the proper licenses and insurance for their event.

Is smoking permitted?

No. We are a smoke and drug free facility.

What are your setup and breakdown policies?
The Hyattsville Business Center handles all set up and break down of the tables and chairs. All rentals, personal items, and anything else brought in for your event along with trash must be removed from the space at the end of your contracted rental time.

I want to decorate for my event. What is and isn't permitted?

You may only affix objects to the walls with painters tape. We do not allow the use of glitter, confetti, stickers or silly string. All free standing decorations are welcome!
